Consulting a health care professional is advised to determine if this is right for your physical condition and needs. By participating in the exercises, you are performing them at your own risk. You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise class, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise, you agree that you do so off your own accord i.e. voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Abby Farley from any and all losses, liabilities, injuries or damages resulting from any and all claims. If pregnant, consult with your health-care practitioner before working out.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, subscriptions automatically renew for the subscription period until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each subscription period. If Yoga By Abby offers a free-trial period, your payment method will be charged at the end of the free-trial period unless you cancel before the end of that period. Payments are non-refundable and there are no credits for partially used periods. Following a cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the Yoga By Abby platform through the end of your current billing period.
